Casterbridge Chiropractic is the premier chiropractic clinic in Dorchester, providing trusted, high quality musculoskeletal care. In 2017 we relocated to larger, purpose-built premises in Poundbury, having outgrown our original clinic in Icen Way. The move has allowed the practice to grow and cater for the increasing number of patients seeking our help with injuries, aches and pains or simply looking to get their body performing at its best.

With a friendly, professional, and above all caring approach, we do our utmost to help our patients achieve their objectives.  We rely almost exclusively on word of mouth recommendation, and are privileged to continue to welcome new patients to the thousands already on our records.

Each of our chiropractors graduated from the world-renowned Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth (AECC) after a minimum of four years undergraduate training. Learning never stops though, and we all engage extensively in post-graduate training to further enhance our skills and stay at the forefront of our field.

We are registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC), are members of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA) and the Royal College of Chiropractors (RCC).
